Their food still sucks no matter how clean the kitchen is. I know not all spots are like this but this is real neglectful on their part. If they stay open, I don't see them doing much if any business. Plenty of restaurants have filthy kitchens. A local news channel is always reporting on a few like every month that fail inspections and have to close until it gets fixed. I don't know why people eat at these type of places.

There was a great Chinese restaurant back home but they went out of business. Won multiple of awards and was pretty trustworthy.
Spent a decade on top but got taken out by the competition.
I knew shyt was getting bad when they began giving away food free of charge and I started seeing Hispanic waitresses masquerade as Asian.
I spent a year trying to find a substitute but I'm picky as hell when it comes to Chinese. I've seen a handful nearby be shut down because of sanitary reasons.
Fortunately my girl is Asian and can throw down.
After seeing this vid, I might give up Chinese resturants themselves altogether.
plus the Japanese actually use authentic meat, not dead animals like the Chinese
They're known for being disgusting here in NYC- snotting, cutting their nails on the train, nasty ass dry coughs etc. my homegirl was like we all know they're nasty af do you think they suddenly change when they're cooking your food? Chinese food been in the bushes since.

It's funny, I only go to one Chinese spot, it's in Orange, NJ about 8 miles away from where I live. They are one the top Chinese spots in the county, I only know this because cats from the surrounding counties go there. It's a hole in the wall but they keep their kitchen on point, that and this other place in East Orange called China Pagoda but that's it. Finding a decent Chinese spot is almost as hard as finding a good barber.
