aside from it being sketch comedy not really...I think ppl view it as such tho bcuz of the timing...if memory serves me their show came on pretty much right after dave left comedy central and I think it was even in the same time slot

Joke in question goes as follows:
They pan to every person who represents who the politician is pandering too, and they all give some sort of affirmation, ie a nod or a smile, something to let you know they acknowledge that they are the target.
He goes to talk about gays, and the dude sees the camera pan to him and gives them a gentle ‘nah’ head nod. They come back to him again when he says gay, and he’s like ‘I said nah!” with his face.
They keep coming back and he keeps trying to hide lmao.
