It's real funny listening to y'all talk about reggae music. I try not to tell a next man what to or what not to like, that's why we are blessed with so much diversity in our music.

One thing I notice, is in dancehall discussions, there is a lot less bringing down one artist/song in order to big-up a next artist/song. DR doesn't have to be trash in order for S&W to be

considered good. Ask any true dancehall fan if DR is trash, or what they think of Damien Marley.

I'm not trying put down the S&W song, but as a real dancehall fan, that song is the typical cross-over, easy to understand, reggae song that Americans who do not understand wtf these

Jamaicans are really saying, tend to favor. And that is cool. But when u saying that this song is great and DR is trash, then u need to stay in your lane when talking about dancehall music!


Remember, dancehall doesn't limit itself to just money and girl songs. Some of the biggest dancehall tunes are about God, poor people, and upliftment. And when I say big,
