I can't co-sign that 75% rule. I know too many people that have a bi-racial parent and identify as mixed. A grandparent can have a huge impact on a person's life. What if that grandparent raised the child or was heavily involved in that person's life?

I also know people that are 1/4 Indian, 1/4 black etc and they look more like that 25%.

You don't phase out at the molecular level (genotype) but their physical look (phenotype) would fall within the range of the full blood majority of the time, sans a few outliers
