I'm not a fan of Drake, but he gets success because of how great he can make bangers and hit records. Some of his rap songs and most of his love songs isn't for me tho.
I can't call out Drake on his repetitive subject matter, because I listen to Wayne, Hov, etc.
The difference between them and Drake is that they are lyrically superior. What Wayne and Hov lack in subject matter, they make up for lyrical ability, which is why people listen to them so much. Drake is maybe slightly above average at best.
