Good shyt. I was using the whey protein drink as a recovery drink. And yea i drink that shyt every night before bed. Low fat chocolate milk is my recovery drink then. Thanks,didnt know that. I drink my protein shake with fat free milk btw.
Yup, fat free milk is the way to go. Stay clear of soy or almond milk which increases production in estrogen. Egg whites are also an crucial part to my diet because you just cant beat the low calories to high protein content of egg whites. Theres a good brand called eggology but any organic egg white will do. I hate the taste of egg whites so I eat them with a protein shake mixed with banana. A bit of egg whites and a sip of protein shake and by that time ive already ingested almost 50 grams of protein (21g powder + 8g milk + 18g 3/4 cup egg whites). Also cutting sugar out completely for the program sucks so use stevia which is low on the glycemic chart. There is a soda called Zevia that is good. To go with your chicken breasts or turkey try a ginger mango chutney, it will add the flavor and keep you within your condiments allowance. I stress the diet part because its just as important as the workouts. I used the block system so I didnt have to follow any stupid meal plan. Just get your blocks in and youre good. Good work bboystyle, keep up the training and youll be happy with results so long as you dont cheat yourself in reps and form. Improve number week to week and keep a log

Oh and try insanity when youre finished with p90x or atleast work it into your program as your cardio. Its the best program they got and its got a grip of good looking girls on the videos which is a nice change from p90x. Watching it for 90 days you get that 'only girl on the island' syndrome and itll have you looking at Dreya like
