This is why we need competition. UFC has shown us that you can make big money by respecting the sport and still giving us grounded entertainment. They also have endorsements by monster energy drink and reebok (they had even more before the reebok deal).
The difference is the only way to get R E A L heat in 2017 is to spit in the fans face with booking. A good heel gets cheered. A good Babyface gets cheered. A bad wrestler or straight up loser gets troll cheers. Only shytting on the fans gets booed, like Sheamus last title run, and reigns. Reigns however, I'm 100% convinced they know this and now reigns is used to get other guys over since mania XXX.

Apparently the scripted era is much more different except for when they held down Bryan...you could tell they were holding him down with giving Big Show his chant and trying to turn him into a squash guy for Sheamus..Vince got off on that in his old age but fans flipped that upside down and rebelled against ppvs....then they gave him the wins he deserved.
