Kaep is still recovering from season ending surgery. Gabbert was the choice based on being in the offense longer. Kaep played either really bad or really good last year. No in between so he did himself no favors. If Gabbert continues to play like this, Kaep will play. Without quesiton.

On this side when Chip was here- the talk was always that Kap is the "perfect QB" for Chip- so it was odd that he went with Flabbert....i forgot Kap was injured- good insight breh

Kaep needs to wait it out as long as possible and keep hitting them weights.

I believe in kaep but he needs to hit them weights, dude looking frail out there. Obviously the shoulder injury set him back in regards to muscle mass

Hate to say it...but brehs seriously whats the point of keeping Tolbert.

The way that Cam basically gets at least 5 rushes up the middle, we got passing threats (and Ginn), and Tolbert can't block, might as well trade him for a solid 5th rounder

What about the fact when he was healthy before the injury he couldn't complete a pass over 10 yards.

He can't play special teams so the coaches view it as a wasted spot to activate him just to ride the bench. Basically what they did with Bersin today, he was active today and I don't think I seen him on the field once. If Stewart's hammy is really fukked up though CAP gonna slide directly into Stewart's role with Fozzy and Tolbert doing their situational thing.

Bersin was on kick coverage team as an L1 from what i saw. I thought they coulda had CAP returning kicks like he did last season. Woulda made more sense imo

But let's be clear, I really don't think Cam was the reason y'all won. I got a lot of respect for that trio of Olsen, Funchess and Benjamin though

As far as Gabbert goes, I give him next week and that's it unless he is a major part of offensive success and looks much better. Because he ain't good enough to have earned the right to sputter through half a year.

Too inconsistent at this point and missing too many routine throws
