Anyone in those rooms advocating for you in that manner may be good for you in the short term but soon as your value diminishes they’ll discard all of you at the drop of a dime.

You can be stern and get your point across without acting like a man baby. Dame’s a damaged human with hella unhealed childhood trauma that he’s refused to work on.

Those trauma’s can work in your favor in the short term to become successful but at some point you have to address them or your empire will crumble. I think Dame means well but, his pinned up unhealed issues makes him come off like a 60 year old angry, bitter, egoistic, narcissistic, harlem 6 year old that used to be poppin during the Clinton administration

Cam told a story that dame was at a meeting berating someone and he kept going

Meeting was over and that dude left the room and dame chased that dude around for 45 mins


That dude went elsewhere in the building and dame still chased him

Dame was way worse when he was on top. He was arrogant and condescending to everyone - no exceptions! Bragging about how he never wears his clothes twice. He was out of controll. At the end of the day it made Jay look like an a$$hole by association.
