uhh no...
Curry still averaged 23 5 and 4 on a bad knee.. (bad for his standards)
LeBron was historically bad for any standard.

That's how I feel. This is one of Steph's failures and he coughed up his chance at the crown at the moment but they should be a powerhouse for the next 3 years at least. He has time to win more.

Warriors and Cavs could be a lil rivalry similar to 80s Lakers and Celtics if things play out right.

Bogut protects the rim better than anybody else on Golden State. I believe he had 5 blocks in Game 2 or something... Also, he 'sets better screens' than the other guys. Anderson Varejao fukking sucks, and Ezeli isn't as disciplined on defense... Bron picked him a part tonight in crunch time.

All that "protection" got benched for Festus aka "trash". It's like saying "Lee was the best rebounder", even though he got benched. The defense was fine without Bogut, especially last night. Cavs only averaged 100.4 for the series and only 93 last night on putrid percentages. Warriors didn't score. Dray sets screens just fine. No excuse to play like trash when Kyrie and J.R. are guarding you.

Oh yeah? Go look at the shots Curry was hitting over Ibaka and KD, but he couldn't score consistently against Love and T Thompson :what:

Curry rarely was even isolated against Kyrie? Why, he isn't that good of a defender. The decisions and play calling made no sense. Curry lit up Westbrook, KD, Adams, and Ibaka but couldn't score on Kyrie, TT, and Love :martin:

Curry was trash against RW, KD, and TT. Adams and Ibaka are Bigs. Adams blocked him a few times, just like Love can get a stop every now and then on a guard.

I agree with the OP, this was an inexplicable collapse from a performance stand point on the part of Curry. When Kyrie got the ball it felt like something was going to happen. When Curry got the ball you wanted something to happen, which eventually turned into hoping he doesn't embarrass himself. It wasn't the guy that we saw all season and most of these playoffs. And low key Cleveland's defense wasn't even that good.

For 3 straight games, GS only averaged about 90 points. Anything else was in garbage time. You can't do that to the best offense without good defense, especially in their building. 8 out of 10 players (including Dray, who disappeared in the 2nd half last night) was trash. Give the Cavs credit.

Cant front you are exactly right bruh. Bogut getting hurt was huge for them cause it gave Bron and Kyrie the daylight they needed when they drove to the rack. It was almost like a perfect storm that culminated in Bron getting his 3rd ring.
As it is practically every season. It seems like the board will never understand this. You need the right breaks at the right time to win a title.

My point is, it shouldn't have even been a flagrant. He barely touched Lebron, and it had to be put in super slow motion to catch it.

Bron didn't even react to getting hit in the nuts nor did he even know he hit him there until after reporters shows him the video. Dude was more upset about what Draymond said after the game than the "flagrant" foul. I don't even remember him saying anything about it in his presser after that game.

My point is, he should have been suspended for what he did to Adams.

Flagrants aren't about impact. It's unnecessary contact. He didn't "barely touch" him. He palmed him below the belt. He shouldn't be allowed to grab anyone below the belt. Why he though he could do that to the NBA's "Kang", I will never know. It's like Ayesha thinking she could get away with calling her husband's job dishonest aka "rigged" publicly. What was she thinking?!

See, this is that bullcrap right here.

Cause I bet I will see you in another thread using some hyperbolic adjectives to describe Brons talent

You Bron stanleys are the worst because you want it one way, when it fits your agenda.

When he's winning, he's apocalypse, he's alfa and omega, but when he loses " aww he needs more help"

And unfortunately Bron only has himself to blame for The Criticism he receives

I'm sorry you nickname yourself " the chosen one" and " the king" you're setting the bar pretty high

You say " I'll never leave cleveland and deliver a championship" then yoh bolt when things aren't going your way

You goto Miami and say we are going to win 7 championships and in the end you only win 2

And delusional Bronley stans will pout when folks are dumping on him, justifiably, then when he does win, you'll say " see, told you"

Curry hasn't said he'll never leave Golden State

Curry hasn't promised the city 8 championships

Curry hasn't given himself these prestigious nicknames

The only reason you all dislike the dude is because your weak minded and you let the media tell it.

I'm a Curry stan and I think he's a fantastic player; but even I'm like
:whoa: With the hyperbolic media statements. This will be a lesson for him and the Warriors, the team will probably be shredded by the media this offseason. Hopefully they tune out as much as possible and rebound next year

What's wrong with "The Chosen One"? His friends nick-named him "King James". Let's not act like Curry doesn't wolf and boast:

If he had Wade and Bosh, he'd say the thinks he can win 8 ch'ips too.

I give them credit. I just feel like it was more of Steph not showing up mixed with pretty good defense as opposed to them playing lights out defense.

Why would Curry not show up, especially against so-called mediocre defense?
