It's the battle of Marin and Oakland who gets to claim Pac realistically, and Pac said it himself hes lived everywhere but if he was gonna claim anywhere it would be Oakland. He wasn't much older when he moved to the bay than when Too Short moved to the bay.

This is some BS. No C-Bo on that list is blasphemy (along with Mac Mall, Spice 1, and B-Legit) but as much as I love Mac Dre I can't put him above Short. Aint no way. This gotta be a young cat's list to omit legendary Bay/NorCal rappers.

Jacka and Husalah are way better artists under their own names than the Mob Figaz was as a group tbf.

Woodie should be ranked higher.
Locksmith is also missing.

JT is easily Top 10 NorCal and honestly I'd probably have him Top 5...

Not putting Bo on there is egregious, not putting Phil on there is egregious, because they wouldn't just be "making the cut"----->those two are Top 25 at worst...

Didn't include Pac, who was 17 when he moved to Marin, and got his start in the industry in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA....but Short Dogg is on here and he didnt get to Oakland until he was 14 or 15 himself. Sliding criteria, inconsistent...

By the way Short has my vote as NorCal's GOAT, and Pac is a California rapper. We all know where he was born, and we all know where he was raised....we know where he made his breakthrough in the industry and we know what he claimed too. Any California list excluding Pac is wack and if he's included then he's #1, Short #2...

This was the biggest thing for me shyt be pissing how nikkas keep ignoring JT. There was a discussion a little bt ago about who gets the 4th spot on Mt Rushmore alongside Mac Dre, E 40 and Short and nikkas was saying Spice 1. Imma huge Spice 1 fan but he didnt do for NorCal what JT did. JT put nikkas on and laid a blueprint for individualism and work ethic that NorCal nikkas have followed since then. Spice 1 probably top 5 if comes down to pure rapping though.

Also, I think #14 is high for Bris..........but, he is literally the blueprint to 90% of the Central Valley (Sac, Stockton) rappers of the last 5 years, and even a few young Bay rappers. These young nikkas mimic/bite his entire steez. His influence can't be denied, and even in life, it was clear he was on an ascension before he passed...

I would say 14 is too high, but kudos to these crackers for putting him somewhere on the list; he definitely deserves a spot in the Top 50!
