Gives you 5 years? What does that mean? You graduate in 4 and if you wanna stay an extra year you can? What's the purpose of this extra year? Do grades matter at that point?Canadian high schools give you 5 years

I think it's similar to prep school here. The extra year is geared towards more exposure, getting grades up to qualify, getting stronger etc. most kids do it so they have another chance to impress coaches. He definitely didn't need it, but maybe they didn't want him to go to college and hurt his stock.Gives you 5 years? What does that mean? You graduate in 4 and if you wanna stay an extra year you can? Interesting. He might have a case then.I think it's similar to prep school here. The school he was at is basically a basketball factory with classes. I don't see him sticking around long in the league.
How long would he stay in college?Yoo who is advising this dude? This is a huge mistake on his part imo. High risk high reward type player tho.
You know what the more im thinking about it, the more i understand where he's coming from with this decision. This draft is weak compared to next years. If he kills his private workouts he could honestly be a top 3 pick. Especially since GMs are still thinking about kristaps. Its a huge risk but i see some of the logic behind it
Your 2nd rounder? Y'all got that.Gonna make losing our pick that much worse![]()

This kid (or the people around him) wants no parts of getting exposed in college.

Probably went to a prep school for a year
He wishes he'll be as good as Thabeethaseen thabeet 2.0
0 percent chance the nba allows this. If they do I GUARANTEE Josh Jackson will try to pull the same thing
Edit: Nvm. It seems Thon may have actually graduated.
