He not KD,he the next Perry Jones, this dude has regressed and hasn't looked like a top player that he's labeled as in a while, quit going off them highlight tapes

Perry Jones as the lead scorer when given the rock and green light for real in okc.
when okc had injuries was averaging close to thirty a game before he was injured.
Pj III suffered from okc fo trying to stockpile and not offer playing time to players on their rookie deal.
So, they could potentially low ball them.
after their rookie deal and get high quality scoring and talent for the cheap.
Like they attempted to do with harden.
So, pj III is far from a wack player.
Pj III was just caught in a toxic character issue situation.
from backlash at the fo and actually a social dysfunction reportedly with Durant, coaching and leadership because of lack of tick.
Which extended from the fo of okc trying to low ball and stockpile underpaid high quality talent.
Which all hit a head socially over the course of Jeremy lamb and pj iii's tenure in okc.
Pj III just did not work out because the fo tried to stockpile and under pay him as a talent.
All pj iii's negative pr .
I feel is trickle down from his injury that hampered him at Baylor.
Then was erroneously used to hamper pj III.
as a variable to aid in okc's fo trying to low ball and stockpile high quality talent underpaid talent.
Well after he was healed from his college injuries and those pr'd injuries were used to pigeon hole and impact him negatively, erroneously.

I saw all the games of pj III as the okc leading scorer and option and he was dialed in completely and kill'n.

So, I can't trust amy naysayers to pj III as honest.
Just like I don't trust any naysayers of maker as honest.
As I have watched both extensively as one in a lifetime potential talents.

From bender to Durant to pj III to Giannis, to Bruno to maker.
those are the potential types of players I always show extreme prejudiced detail to.
as far as talent in the low IQ era as far as potential talent.

I am the guy who has past threads in maker in this community the earliest, just like I was about Wiggins and Gordon as well.

hopefully another rich young african :blessed:
shouts out to my negus

Dude is the truth from what I seen,.....
I don't agree with any of the talks, negatively about this kid.
This kid is not rashard Griffith in college as a player.
That is a bonafide lie,.....
He is a perimeter player and his is not physiologically the style of player.
who should be projected to be a low post big at all.
Anyone suggesting it is the same inept decision making.
that ruined shareef abdur Raheem being made to be a power forward and penny a shooting guard.
Or the same thinking that shaved years off of dwade effective healthy playing career being made a sg and not a pg.
Along with Ai being platooned at sg when he should have been playing point.

Anyone asking this kid to be a low post player and not a wing.
Needs to be re-eval'd as a professional basketball scout.

Have you seen anything outside highlight vids to say this? I know @Art Barr hasn't

People are making it like this kid having a poor outing is indicative of his overall potential and it is completely flawed.

I have talked about maker as early as the hamster, breh.

I know all about the kid been rooting him on the longest in the community more than likely.

I didn't mean it in a negative way, I just assumed you haven't watched him outside of highlight films

What is the difference between him and Perry Jones III?

If I was a GM I would definitely do research on his background...

What is his motor like? Why did he scheme to avoid college AND Pro (D-League or overseas)? What is his social circle like? Why doesn't he eat? Does he have a drug problem?

Too many red flags for a 1st round pick most likely.

I think he can play in the league, but he really needs to put on another 20 pounds or so, but that can come with time, the kid has a nice core skill set and a good jumper. On the right team, he can have a 10 year career.

I wasn't sold on him coming in and making a major impact for a college team. So I really doubt he will be able to have any kind of impact on a professional NBA team.

I think peoplw undwr estimate just how many high school kids who entered the deaft are still in the nba and dokng well

Kwame was a bust by most scout syet he played 13 years and was a capable defensive big throughout

Lou will, monta, amor johnson, all are still doing fine and wre considered vereeans who came in from high school

Not to mention the kobe/bron/Dwight /kg level talents

You guys should read Johnathan abrams book about high school players going pro
That's a great book and I'm about 2/3 through. You should know one of the themes from that book with most high school players is they wind up being contributors on teams different from the ones that drafted them. It takes years for most of them to develop.

Kobe, KG, LeBron, Dwight and Amar'e were the exception.

Look at the list. The vast majority of these guys had an impact after they moved on from their first team or bounced around the league: NBA high school draftees - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One of the other thing sj notice is usually a coaching or gm change or even a change of direction forces these kids to switch to a new team and fully explode

Jermain oneal is the prime example. Oneal was talented but riding pine in portland. He goes to indiana and becomes one of the best 4s of the 2000s

Heres a list of every high school player drafted...not all ended up superstars or all stars but look at how many became legit contributors to nba teams versus the smount of college rslent that goes undrafted or foreigners that get drafted and either never come over or are busts

This is a list about those players who went into NBA straight out of high school. They forgo college and made themselves available for NBA Draft without playing at college level. It doesn’t happen any more sine 2005. According to the 2005 CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and the new 2011 agreement no players can declair himself eligible before he turns to 19 and at least one year after he completes his high school graduation. These are the high school draft picks in NBA history.

Thought my school had a chance to get him, especially when he made two visits here. Then I really thought he may come when he made us apart of his short list. Anyway, I hope he's successful with whatever route he chooses.
