Putting in work for Thor, nice.
Thor does have a ton on anti feats regarding combat speed, but he is definitely faster than humans are, I do think he is below Superman, Sentry, etc in this regard.
I also think Surfer > Thor but Surfer is the biggest jobber in fiction and forgets 75% of his powers.
He can manipulate the odinforce to rebuild Beta Ray Bill's hammer

He also stomped Beta Ray Bill who is Thor's equal, he's basically space-horse Thor. This is a remorseful Surfer by the way, ever the pacifist he's not going all out.

This is exactly what I mean by terrible writing.

SS has feats outside of his fights with thor showing him to be incredibly powerful, but he's always jobbing for someone else.
