You won the genetic lottery.
I mean like everything it has it's pros and cons. Cause even though I can eat alot and still be relatively lean I gotta eat my house down to put on 5lbs. I remember when I was bulking a couple years ago and I was spending so much money on food alone and the fukked up part is that the minute you fall off of the over eating you slowly go back to your regular size so I guess it's perspective.

Sounds like one of those good problems. It's the total opposite with me. I have no problem gaining weight. I count calories and put in major cardio to avoid that shyt.

I’m 6’2 198 and I go to the gym to maintain my weight. If I stopped going to the gym and ate McDonald’s every day for every meal I’d lose weight

Last month I only went to the gym 9 times cuz I was out of town for my boys wedding for a week and then I was hungover and lazy. I lost 5 pounds drinking and eating like shyt
