used to hit the gym hard and be less disciplined about my diet than I should've been

when I would go weeks without working out and eating well it was out of depression and just not giving a fukk

but lately I've been eating super healthy and I've noticed my skin has started to glow

and my body as a whole feels less heavy and less bloated

I work out though but for the most part, genetics. I was always a skinny kid. My mom and the rest of her family all slim. Ectomorph body type.
Same, I workout too though. I can dirty bulk 3500 cal a day and look like I clean bulked

Been fasting for 16-17 hours a day... the 7 hours that I do get to eat, I swallow everything I want and haven't gained weight since last august (when I initially incorporated the fastage).



I've slimmed down quite a bit with energy that goes on for days.



If I change my diet, I could lose a substantial amount of weight.



Stagnancy works for people with my personality so i'm happy.



Now if I can get this voice changer device to work.

Because of my metabolism. I dont know much about the body but I'm assuming it won't stay this way in my thirties. Even though I don't care about my appearance I couldn't imagine letting myself get fat. Fat people move so sluggish like they're carrying someone on their back :scust:

I would have to cut back on the shyt I eat and drink or work out.

In my high school years and a bit after that, I just didn't care. First I stopped drinking soda, lost 30 pounds WITHOUT going the gym. Was around 195 -200 for a few years then I started taking anti depressants and gained 40 pounds, also had high cholesterol. Had an physical, doc suggested I go to the gym for the high cholesterol and I did and lost the weight, somewhere around 200 pounds now..

Still eat like crap I just don't consume liquid calories anymore except for juice every now and then..

I'm 38 and I thought my great metabolism had faded away. Then i switched from rum to wine and all the extra weight just melted off. :lolbron: So now I'm toning and it's looking like I might ease up on 40 looking kinda good. :ehh:

My problem is that once i start losing, i keep losing. I was just thinking about this yesterday. Thread was right on time.
