All the knowledge that flows around this forum, bum ass could have been well into a lucrative career by now. What makes you think he is inheriting anything or has the sense or foresight to even think that far ahead?

Dude is living in a 2 bedroom apartment with his auntie or grandmother and that is the extent of it.

I think it's too late for Reginald and I am not saying it in a bad way but I am being realistic.

He will be making my chili at Wendy's at 11am to hand to me after I workout at the gym.

That is really the extent of his use until he decides he doesn't want to fukk around anymore in his late 20's.

He is 26 now right? 30 literally ain't that far away.

and the funny thing is he just needs to go do two things or maybe three weekly and consistently in order to grow.

Get a full-time minimum wage job for basic income.
Go to community college and start hammering away at your gen ed you can figure out what you want to do as long as you commit.
join a gym and start committing to something like your body and put in the work.

Until he does those three things he will be useless.
