I got lost over there one day and I didn't even realize were I was at.
The metro line goes through there, building town homes on the edge of the barrio.
Its still industrial but hipsters are taking over, there is a place down there that sells wild game hot dogs and burgers, I forgot the name but it's pretty good.
It's only a matter of time before Hobby gets gentrified, especially down West Orem, Cullen, and Yellowstone( which it's more gentrified towards the VA).
