Alicia's made better albums. I actually like her first four albums a lot. Her music post As I Am (and even that album catches some hate) is pretty much considered sub-par, but I don't agree. Girl On Fire is her weakest (about a 3/5) and that has some joints on it. Still, Element of Freedom is slept on. "Love Is Blind", "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" (one of her best singles), "Love Is Like The Sea", "Unthinkable" (also one of her best singles), and few others were some of her best.

I think the fact that she's working with Pharrell on her next album is good move considering how great she sounds on Pharrell's "Know Who You Are". I hope she works more with Noah "40" Shebib as well. Maybe incorporate some Timbaland (with James Fauntleroy writing).
