My gripe is that the album was treated like if it was somthing new , innovative and groundbreaking when it dropped yet it was the same ol same ol street sh*t we already heard from past rappers.

Who was rapping like jeezy before it dropped?

Now look at the all the rappers who was rapping like jeezy after it dropped.

Every street nikka was a jeezy clone after tm101

Even the way he came in the game with BMF and a street movement behind him. Then all of a sudden everyone starts reppin their movement and how rich they was before rap and how they a real nikka this, real nikka that, i dont need rap etc.

Jeezy gave these nikkaz a blueprint to come in the game with and alot of people got rich off of it.

Even Yo Gotti said it in one his songs

Before young Jeezy started rapping detailed about dope, I thought nikkas aint wanna hear that shyt
I could’ve done that shyt 5 years before him, but they come along with them sentences

and people called him a jeezy clone.

Nothing stated here makes a case for TM101 being ground breaking. Ground breaking implies that it brought something fresh, new and innovative to Hip Hop. Nobody else sounding like Jeezy doesn't make him ground breaking. Everything you listed falls in line with being influential and impactful, but nothing about it was ground breaking. There's tons of hyperbolic statements usually associated with this album, ground breaking being one of them. Another exaggeration is the influence of TM101. Yes, it is influential, but not to the point that it's made out to be.

:wtf: So no one else sounding like him to the 4953543 clones after him doesnt make him groundbreaking?

What would you call that then?

Again, that would still fall in line with being influential, not ground breaking. Rappers having clones or "fathering" someone else's style isn't anything ground breaking especially in Hip Hop.

So people are surprised that others are questioning TM101 is a classic? There's far more revered and legendary albums that people have posted far worse statements about. I mean, this is a discussion that was bound to have two sides. It would be different if it was an appreciation thread, but it's not.
