Cuz the roster isn't trash. Don't think for a second Adams isn't a 12 rebound guy and dipo isn't 20ppg scorer.

:mjlol: OUTSIDE THE FACT
THAT OLADIPO HAS NEVER AVERAGED OVER 18 PTS
AND ADAMS HAS NEVER AVERAGED 8 REBOUNDS.

Oladipo took a serious backseat to westbrook this season. I always thought he could be a star on his own team.

:mjlol:HIS OWN TEAM LIKE ORLANDO?

Rockets fans rooting for a team that's the 3 seed & the only thing on their minds is what if Russy wins MVP & how can they make it seem like he ain't really doing shyt :russ:

Did anybody make a thread when Harden took that game off against the Suns & Patrick Beverley put up 26/8/9 while Eric Gordan, Lou Williams, & Troy Williams all dropped 20+ or is this different for some reason? :ohhh:

Note that you just said, "outside of Wiggins and Towns", as if you can just dismiss Wiggins and Towns.
Wiggins 1-dimensionalness and both of their complete lack of defense can't be ignored, but they're the only reason this team isn't getting beaten by 40 every game. :manny:

I guarantee you that if Curry or Durant or Lebron were playing alongside Wiggins and Towns and the rest of the Timberwolves lineup, there'd be hoards of Coli posters saying,

"Look, he's got Wiggins and Towns! He has WAY more help than Westbrook does!"

Because sadly Thibbs is out there trying his hardest to win every game. Check all his studs minutes per game. Look at the fact that he refuses to rest Rubio and give Dunn a chance to get some run. And when he does he refuses to run anything through him.
Dunn doesn't deserve run. He should get his reps in practise.

Even with wiggins/Kay out there the wolves lost on purpose imo

Why do people who didn't even watch the game come in here and say stupid stuff like this?

Here's a present:

So with 3 minutes left, Wiggins and Towns hit back-to-back threes to get the lead because they were trying to lose?

With 1:50 left, Wiggins steals the pass and gets the fast-break because he's trying to help the Thunder win?

With just 44 seconds left in the game, Dieng nails his second jumper in a row to put the Timberwolves up because he was trying to lose on purpose?

With 43 seconds left, Rubio knocked the ball out of Cole's hands because he was trying to lose?

With 26 seconds left, Towns drove to the hole and barely missed...but he missed on purpose?

With 6 seconds left, the Timberwolves "knew" that Oladipo would make the game-winning jump and Rubio was only faking to challenge the shot?

At the buzzer, Wiggins's three hit the back of the rim because he's such a precise three-point shooter that he can aim to just barely miss like that?

The Timberwolves were clearly playing to win. They played their four main guys 36-40 minutes, all four guys had typical games, and they were back-and-forth down to the wire.

PHOENIX (AP) — Patrick Beverley knew much more would be expected of him with his Houston Rockets missing James Harden on Sunday night.

That motivated the veteran guard to play well, which Beverley did in the Rockets' 123-116 win over the Phoenix Suns.

Beverley scored a career-high 26 points and the Rockets sent the Suns to their 12th straight loss without Harden in the lineup. Harden was ruled out with acute viral syndrome, the team announced before the game. He had not missed a game all season and entered Sunday tied for second in the league in scoring at 29.2 points per game.

"Coach walked up to me (and said), 'We need a triple-double out of you tonight," Beverley said of the conversation with Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni, who told him Harden was out. "I know I'm not even close to what James Harden is, but I just try to go out and try to lead these guys by example."

Yup, they're a 6th seed. Russ is surely holding them back from being a top 4 seed based off one super close game against a sub .500 non playoff team :troll::troll::troll:

Maybe they should bench Russ in the first round... :jbhmm:
