TI and it's not really close. 50 has 2 really good albums in GRODT and BISD (criminally underrated), 2 good albums in POTD and Animal Ambition, else ranged from Mediocre to Bad. TI has a couple of borderline classics under his belt and he's really only dropped one bad album.
