If you are asleep behind the wheel, especially if the car is running that is definitely a DUI. Even if the car is not running but you were behind the wheel. It’s like you have the intent to drive and still should be considered a DUI. fukk all DUI drivers my cousin was killed in 2007 because of a DUI driver.

Alot of DUIs is bogus. You can blow negative in two or more Breath machines and fail the field sobriety test because you are disabled and they dont wanna believe you crippled.

I almost caught one years ago. After the club it was raining like crazy and I was too drunk. I already knew the game so put my keys in a bush.

Cop knocked on my window, made me blow and said I “give me the keys you’re under arrest for DUI”. I said i don’t have the keys and you can look. He spent about 20 minutes looking for the keys before he gave up. I was legally parked so there was nothing he could do.

But yes you can def get A DUI for a non moving car
