deep tissue massages have done wonders for my shoulder problems

in the meantime get a tennis ball and use it against a wall to dig into your trap

I think it's my rhomboids. Left shoulder blade area. It's ALWAYS sore and tight, but the tightness seems to originate about 3 inches below the shoulder blade, and goes right up the rear left side of my neck. It's been going on for months. Sometimes is ok...other days it can get aggravating :noah:

What are some good stretches to get rid of this shyt? :noah:

if you think it's a muscular issue then:

roll around on your back or against the wall w/ a baseball or some other type of hard ball and roll around that area w/ a lot of pressure for a few minutes daily. it may be tender or hurt at first but it should gradually get some of the tightness out of that area.
