Kobe's been better for longer IMO, at a far more competitive position...and Duncan benefits from not being hated...every year kobe doesn't win a championship there's an army of detrators trying to shape it as a way to diminish his legacy of a player...Duncan's in this space where he gets nothing but praise for the Spurs success and never any kind of pushback when they don't win...hence this ridiculous "never lost in the finals" narrative where winning the conference and losing in the finals is worse than the numerous times the Spurs have been upset by lower seeds in early rounds in the past...people also don't do the "pit Duncan's teammates against him" thing...that Robinson was playing at current Duncan levels during his early years or that TP has been elite during the latter years are of no consequence...whereas Shaq and Gasol (:heh:) and even Phil are used against kobe...they're not judged the same for whatever reason

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
this is retarded. Where did you come up with 7 rings? Where did you come up with 1 ring? Oh and @Malta, how come there's no deduction in Duncan's career for all these years he's choked as a top seed?

2009 playoffs as 3rd seed lost to 6th seed Mavs

2011 playoffs, lost as the NUMBER 1 seed to the Grizzlies

2012 playoffs, lost as number 1 seed to the number 2 Thunder. Dropped 4 straight games

He clearly wasn't healthy and dealing with a deceitful white woman puts a lot of pressure on your game, just look at Shane Battier's 3 point shooting, I bet his cave bytch started nagging him about always being out of town cause of the playoffs.

That post was intended for you too since you think Duncan has had a better career.

:heh: @ someone being fortunate enough to have a top seeded team his whole career being better than Kobe when in fact Kobe has led weaker teams to titles while being number 1 option.

Kobe had to deal with a Latina nagging him. Tim Duncan's cac wife threatened to grill his hot dogs instead of boiling them while Kobe's wife threatened to cook their children and eat them in front of his tied up body. Who's had it worse? :timmy: or :childplease:

5, 2, 1 vs 4,3,2

4,3,2 is better.

Their careers are pretty close, but I have to give the edge to guy who has more MVPs.

If Kobe can get another ring and finals MVP he would have the edge. It's that close.

I respect duncan a lot, I just saw him run my squad off the floor, especially in game 3, but I'm riding with the gawd.

kobe has been 1st-team all-nba 8 straight years. it's been 6 years since duncan was there, and had a 13 PPG season just a few years back.

it's very close tho.

I deal with a Latina everyday, it's easy money.

I don't deal with white women and never would, so for Tim to tame such an evil creature for 12 years says enough about his leadership :wow:

Gimme Timmy in a no contest...

Has been a top 10 scorer

Has been a top 10 rebounder

Has been a top 10 shot blocker

Plus if you take Kobe, well...don't you also need Phil to coach him and another Hall of Fame big man to play with Kobe...unless you just trying to be the 8th seed or not make the playoffs
