Hammer was dope. He didnt have the greatest lyrics but he had a great vocal performance on a lot of tracks,great singles and great live show.Hammer moved millions, doesn't make him a dope rapper.

Again, looking objectively at this list, you can't really knock it considering the longevity, impact, influence, and body of work (I think Swizz is behind the other three in that department though).
