Anyone remember that 2015 Al Golden led squad that pummeled BCC 45-0 in the opener? How'd that turn out? Settle down folks

Yearby took a position coach job @ Coral High
what a weird career, 1k frosh then backup, then a forgotten player by the end of his junior year. if you told me him and Kaaya werent even on rosters Sept 2nd i wouldnt believe it. now Joe was gonna have the deck stacked against him because of physical limits, but Kaaya lookin like a dumbass
be a true freshman and run around brehs. DJ![]()

golden ruined himAnd to think some Stain fans were saying Yearby would be better than Cook![]()
I'm gonna be the pessimist of the group brehs, I we go 9-4. 8-4 and then win a mid-tier bowl game. It's just hard without a QB (or a true freshman QB if Nkosi gets it), no matter how good our D is projected to be. On that note, Manny Diaz at all his previous stops has had a really good first season but then his defense has dropped off in the future years. Hopefully, pairing him with coach Kool will negate that problem and our D will be really good again, but just a point to consider before we crown ourselves.
I think 2018-19 is the first year we are TRULY back and will be in playoff contention....Nkosi will be in his second year, our freshman studs on offense and defense last year will now be in their 3rd seasons, plus the 2018 class will provide some much needed quality depth/starter minutes.
I'm just happy that I feel like I'm watching MIAMI football again, I'm excited even if we're not at the talent levels just yet. But its coming

some of y'all were tripping thinking that Perry was going to start right off the bat, we're winning 11 for sure, or that the D was going to be guaranteed top 10, etc.
first game is what it was, just a tune up game where we looked rusty, so I don't want to overreact. but there are some troubling signs I see that need to get fixed.
nikka, you need to worry about Bama skull fukking Deandre into pulp

Brad kaayA...
Kaaya and Yearby both made terrible decisions.
dude went from a total afterthought at Texas to making the league. i know Coach Rumph gotta be proud, the deck was really stacked against Grace and him to make their teams

Wasn't Kaaya projected to be a 3rd-4th round pick around the time of the draft? How do you go from that to actually being a 6th round pick to not even making the team?
