Don't say that :lupe:

He's gonna give us one more year :to:
He gone breh, but I ain't stressed about that. The depth on the d-line is crazy. We might even fukk around and be better next year with Ford, Garvin (that punt block :banderas:), DJ Johnson, Willis, and Patchan. Kung Fu Kenny aka The Guitar Hero probably gone, too but if he comes back on top of them brehs it's really over over.

Also, Jeff Thomas has been moved out of the slot and will now line up wide. This means we'll see Richards/Berrios/JT Money on the field together.

I will say this about Richt. Even though watching this offense has of course been frustrating for long periods every week, the fact he keeps making changes and trying new things in the passing game is refreshing. JT breaks off two big plays in successive weeks now there's a determined effort to increase his targets. Even in the second half of the UNC game more things were set up his way than ever before but Malik just missed on them.

But with him moving wide, now our three best WR's can be on the field at once, meaning we'll be seeing less snaps being honestly, wasted on dudes like Mullins and Cager who just haven't gotten anything going this year.

jt should be moved everywhere on the field. it took him x amount of weeks to figure this out? there is no excuse for this offense to be janky. he still not using his wrs correctly. this offense should be top 10 maybe 5.

There is though. Our offensive line is not good and we don't have the personnel for a jumbo set, meaning in short yardage situations there's no realistic way for us to be any better than the poor form we've shown this year. Also, Malik. He's a one-read QB who's every throw is a roll of the dice. Watch back some of our drives and just look at where the ball is not going, and when, and you'll see how many yards and points we leave on the board strictly because of QB play. Let's not even get into how bad he is with the read option.

You're not going to have a Top 10 offense if you don't have the personnel to convert on short yardage and your QB has to have his hand held via pre-determined passing targets that he inconsistently completes to.

Now with all that being said, not being creative in getting JT/Cager/Deejay the ball in their hands has been a huge issue and one that doesn't even make any sense. JT is a bigger part of the gameplan Saturday. That's good. Keeping Herndon involved all four quarters and getting Deejay the ball in his hands 5-10 times in various concepts needs to be part of it, too.

They're not objectively bad, but they get NO push on obvious rushing situations and it's part of the reason why our redzone and third down percentage is such trash. They have done a good job in pass protection though.

of course they have no "push" when the play calling is trash and vanilla. I know when we going to run. see with malik... lol this dude is not accurate, which is I miss about kaaya.
