missed a lot of Raw ruthless aggression due to lack of cable

missed a lot when i was in the navy, [boot camp was the worst] and on the ship they didn't consistently put the ppvs on the AFN network. So mostly just read dirtsheets and thats when i joined the IC then thacorner

Late 1994 to end of 1995. WWF just got way too cartoony for me as I was entering my teen years :flabbynsick:

2003 to around mid 2004. This was just for Raw as I did watch Smackdown. It was that era where Triple H is about to lose the title only for Ric Flair to interfere and have Triple H retain. Only so many times you can do that before you'll have people say "fukk this, I ain't watching"

My first break as a kid came after the Mania 12 Ironman match, since Bret Hart was the only thing on the roster that had me wanting to watch.

Damn, that was a whack ass era. Bret made it watchable as best as he could :scust:

The 2nd time came after Randy got dropped from Evolution, and served up to youknowwho.

Yeah I missed the early to mid 90s era. Both WWF and WCW were bad at the time and I didn't get ECW. Started back up when the NWO angle started and the a Attitude era began.

Busy working and partying.

Busy studying and and early recovery life.

Childhood:

As a child I stopped watching all together, it was very boring from 92-99 to me.

Only time I did it was from late 2005. Came back in Summer 2011.

I did watch a few PPV shows throughout that time, but my interest in wrestling was :camby:

I tried to watch the WWECW, but I dropped it 2-3 weeks later. :camby:

I dropped outfor the tail end of the Attitude Era. It was just trash tv and i was not interested. Came back for Eddie, Chris, and them. . .and took a break after their passings broke my heart. Stayed out except for some local indie stuff until the Summer Of Punk.

Probably would have lapsed back out, if not for stuff like The Shield, NXT, and the influx of quality non-WWE wrestling available on the Internet.

Stopped around summer 02. shyt just wasn't good and I was involved with typical high school shyt. I would check in for the big events like ECW shows and the occasional mania. But from about 02-09 I wasn't watching raw or SD at all. I'm still not fully committed. Sometimes I would go weeks without watching

I stopped right before the Ruthless Aggression Era started to come into its own, when John Cena started to be the main focus of the program, and according to some of y'all I dodged a bullet with these championship reigns Triple H. had on RAW. Wrestling went downhill for me around 2002/2003 especially when Stone Cold stopped being the main focus point. To me he defined one of my favorite eras of wrestling and like I said, John Cena became one of the focuses.:scust:

The only highlight that I like mostly after the Attitude Era is how the women got more focus in pro-wrestling around 2001-2004 with Lita, Jacqueline, Jazz, Victoria, Ivory, etc.

I kept up with it here and there when Benoit and Guerrero were alive. I didn't get back into it until around 2011/2012.

I took a brief hiatus during the mid 2000s when Triple H was on his bullshyt and hogging the World Title and after the :mjpls: feud with Booker T. During that time I was more of a casual watcher and not as invested.

I started watching again full time after the Chris Benoit tribute show but that's where I found out what really happened. :merchant:

Watched less and less around 2004/2005 and stopped completely when JBL was a main eventer. The only wrestling I watched during my break was ECW ONS. I caught the first WWECW show and it ended with The Zombie, I said fukk this. Occasionally I'd read up on what's going on and saw my favorite indy wrestler CM Punk was signed. It wasn't enough to bring me back. I guess I just grew to miss it and started watching around Taker/HBK II and Straight Edge Society vs Mysterio. :ohlawd: Currently I haven't watched since WM of this year, but Summerslam has me interested again. Of course, I still post on TSC and keep up with what's going on.

I took a break after Eddie died, not so much because of Eddie, but because it coincided with a time when the shows were just horrific. I also gave up completely during the guest host era of Raw. Probably a good 2-3 years where I watched sporadic PPVs only.

I took a break from watching wrestling during mid 2001-2005 due to college & working part time. Also, I thought it was getting ridiculous with all the wrestling deaths. It seems like all my favorite wrestlers were dying every other week.
