I'm still not really into wrestling like I was as a kid, but now I atleast keep up. After The Rock was pretty much done I didn't get back into it until right before Daniel Bryan emerged on the scene.

I've only stopped watching for one period of time in 27yrs and it's because hard times got harder and my mom had to cut the cable. I missed the whole year of 2000. Got cable back just as Undertaker came back on the motorcycle if I remember correctly

I've never really taken a true break from wrestling, mostly just wasn't tuning in every single week from simply having other obligations during college between 05-10. I'd keep up by reading results or watching highlights. Of course the shows I did see during that time made me wish I did take a break. A huge portion of 05-10 was some of the worst wrestling years ever to me, with minor exceptions. I wish I could men in black mind erase some of that era. Khali, Heidenreich, Kozlov, "Smackdown Talent Initiative", the raping of ECW, Kelly Kelly, foot fetiah Snitsky, and a long list of others.

Wrestlemania XIX

The moment HHH pinned him, I left the room for real...i didnt even finish the card. I came back about a year or so later leading to mania XX...then was REALLY sporadic until orton/cena/batista got hot. I would only watch if King Booker was on the screen, and the early rko stuff.

For a while though, wrestling was no longer a planned watch.

I moved to Hawaii in 2003 and took up skateboarding. I would skate all day and night, so it was rare for me to know what was going on.

I did see clips of mi amigo win the strap, and then was promptly heartbroken that my favorite Mexican wrestler had pass away.

And of course I found out what Noob Saibot did.

I knew of CM Punk and thought they going with a straight edge gimmick. Later found out it wasn't a gimmick.

Man but living in Honolulu made it hard to keep up with the business. I was always out exploring.

Didn't start watching for real until 2014, TNA hooked me with the Lashley shyt and the emergence of the BDC, then LU came in the mix. Also started watching AXS and the japanese wrestling as well.
