I think Weinstein is still up in the air although I have my doubts he'll see any significant punishment other than what he has received up to this point. I can almost guarantee that Kevin Spacey will at best get a fine or community service for his case. He's going to court for allegedly groping a busboy at a Nantucket restaurant I believe not the accusations that white male actor made of him. His next hearing is in March and he doesn't even have to be there according to an article I read last month. That tells me they aren't taking this very seriously at all.
