Peace.
I must admit, in my younger days I would tip extra stingy. I truly didn't understand nor care about the server's struggle (paid sh1tty hour wage) Now that I'm older, wiser, and bring in more income I've become more generous. Sometimes tipping my barber nearly 100 percent if he does a extra good job and makes sure my appointment is done on time (hate it when you make a appointment with a barber and that n1gga is late) Now back to servers. I typically try to tip well ONLY if they do the following, check on me to make sure my food is cool, refill my glass, and have a general cool disposition. If you even get 2 out of 3 with me, you will usually get a decent tip.
However I still have a problem tipping them Asian Buffet hoes. Every few months or so if I hit up Hibachi grill I don't really see why I should tip someone who barely got me a drink and barely will make eye contact with me OR speak up.
Unless she bad...
