Nah, they had a good explanation for doing which is minorities have it tough in a country like America and that they probably get tipped less because of their race.

The whole tipping practice is stupid btw these restaurants are getting away with free labor because a majority of American's are gullible.

No. Treat all people well unless they give you a reason not to. Then treat the special one extra special.

So in sense, Tip them. Tip minorities MORE if you like but still tip the others.

These people mostly live on tips and they are taking care of your food. One random white chick busting her ass at a restaurant doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the whites that may have treated you badly. + My dad always told me to treat people that take care of your food and your children well.
