So I just picked up an order from a restaurant, paid with a debit card and this bytch tells me I didn't fill out the entire receipt (she circled the tip line).

I don't mind tipping, especially in America where I have had the best service in the world, their service industry is top notch.

That's hard to believe because I get shytty service all the time, service was on another level in Naples
