I get the silent curve a lot. Where I'll try to link up and they would either agree or just leave it in the air then time comes and it's no response. Then when I catch em around the town they act like it never happened.

That's happened to me before. I tried to ask this girl at work to go get coffee some time. She agreed and I gave her my number. I don't hear from her for a week and a half and when she finally texts me... it's about work.

I'm actually surprised when I pull a bad one and she's up front all for it or not for it. Maybe the bad ones have less options and the average ones think they are more valuable than they are because they have more.
