Out here in my damn drawls
Caffeine pill (or coffee :scust:) + an L-Theanine gel capsule = :ahh:

If you're constantly distracted, objectify your thoughts and mentally picture yourself think about putting them aside or throwing them away :yeshrug:

Or

Visualize them as a boat passing by on a stream of water. Once it passes you and goes out of your view, let it go

Morning Routine:

Meditate
Clean room + make bed
stretch/yoga/exercise
Cold shower
Green shake (kale, spinach , broc, etc.) + breakfast

This type of stuff is key: routine.

I just finished classes for the semester and I'm now thesis writing for the summer. I've pretty much made it a 9-5, Monday to Friday routine. I'll take breaks for lunch classes at a nearby gym. Of course, this is a different form of "studying," but throughout my undergrad and MA, I've always found that schedules work best. Be considerate of breaks as well too; every 50 minutes, take a 10 minute break for social media, walking around, or just getting your mind off of whatever content you're zoned in on.

Also, eat healthy and minimize caffeine. That shyt is always the hardest thing to do as a student but it makes a significant difference.
