If you push all of your meetings to when you are least productive they won't take up time you could be firing on all cylinders actually getting shyt done. Example: I'm productive in the morning and less so in the afternoon, so I schedule my sales call time and new customer demos for the morning and internal meetings and new user training session or support issues in the afternoon.
