I hear you, but getting rid of Callahan now is the best thing for his development. If they went through another season of this shyt, his development would be even further behind and even more likely that it’s ruined, completely.

Was listening to Locked on Titans and that was the exact rationale they gave. They didn't want Vrabel to smash them and then fire him after making it appear that the guy you fired got the new guy fired.
