Names I'm hearing is M. McCarthy to steady the ship & have an adult in the room---to which I wouldn't be opposed to for short-term--because Titans as an org could do worse. And then some are mentioning Joe Brady possibly. No matter what tho, dude gotta be irl offense oriented and not on no fake shyt like ole buddy.

He’s defensive-minded, but Jesse Minter would be one to look out for. Y’all need to get tougher on the LOS and Minter can always hire an OC who can help out Ward.

I do think McCarthy would be good for Cam.

It'd help to just have a professional there. Probably keep Bones if Mccarthy comes on. Theyre in the whole because they have bad management, bad coaching, and bad players. You can't win with all three of those. I'm rooting for Cam though.

What I've heard is that folks don't want to hire defensive coaches because if they get a good OC they're just going to be hired away next season. But I guess it's important for the team to set up clear succession and prepare one of the assistants to take over. As a Chargers fan I hope Minter doesn't get hired but I'd understand if he did

Aside from him havin' that scum stank on him, I wouldnt be opposed. But at the same time, he gotta have a fye OC, but all thats gon cause is a revolving door for Ward if they legit. But yea, we can't be super picky at the moment, we hella fukked currently.
