I know it's crazy having non citizens vote. That's not my point. So let's ignore the immigrants. They shouldn't vote, I agree. My point is that migration from other states has definitely had an effect on the politics of certain states. It's like if a state was Republican and then had an influx of new Democrat citizens then you would see it making more Democrat. Florida went to Obama both his elections and Trump won Florida both of his. Compared to Cali, NY and Texas which have remained Democrat and Republican (Texas). Migration from other states has definitely played a part in the Florida politics. More than those states and many others.
