TLR: What would you do?

There's a train coming down a railroad and you're standing next to a lever. If you pull the lever it runs over the one person laying on the train tracks. If you do nothing it stays its course, running over the other 5 people. What would you do?

I pull the lever and try to save the one if it's not moving too fast.

But I pull the lever either way.

I would do nothing and I guess the 5 people have to die. I can't decide that one anonymous person should die so that I can save five other anonymous people who I have no connection to or understanding of.

But if those five people were children, then I'd probably pull the lever instinctively. I'd probably do it without realizing I did it.

Exactly, It sounds bad but I'd kill the one. If I was ever charged I'd use a Justification Defense or maybe Offense Modification, the law isn't as rigid as people think it is, extraordinary/mitigating circumstances could lead to someone being found not guilty.

I'll throw down a lighter and a few bills, and yell out that all these guys sell the dopest dope that can be smoked.

Then, a swarm of crackheads will quickly formulate a way to stop the train and rescue all parties involved, likely by using superhuman crack-letic abilities (super strength, super speed, bullet time reactions, etc)
