There's a train coming down a railroad and you're standing next to a lever. If you pull the lever it runs over the one person laying on the train tracks. If you do nothing it stays its course, running over the other 5 people. What would you do?
if you pull the lever, the sharp turn will make the train derail and crush you, leaving all 5 people safe.
i know this because i watched Unstoppable last night....

From a legal stand point pulling the lever it would be considered murder/ man slaughter whatever. Morally, it might still feel like you killed someone even if you saved 5 while doing nothing might not feel as bad I dunno.

I would let it run over the 5 and then put the train in reverse and that last guy would be killed .. Then no one can say anything because there would be no survivors .
