The only way to justify this before #TnT's financials get audited is to somehow have a certain poster issue an IDIQ with a cap of 25 million on #TnT's behalf for say, a period of 2 days, (through Friday as @61 Corpses suggests). That way any random transactions or the lack thereof won't have to be cloak and dagger and will protect from any IG findings.
