Still game.

I didn't really start playing until 6th grade. Mostly what I did after working out, doing homework, hanging with friends etc.

From college until I was in my mid 20s, game time decreased a lot. I bought all the latest stuff but had brand new games that were still wrapped up..

Started playing Elder Scrolls: Oblivion....it really got me back into gaming. Then I became hit/miss for awhile again.

Around age 30, I finally picked up Skyrim. Owned it on PS3 but then didn't play until PS4. Put in 220+ hrs followd by Witcher 3, Ghosts of Tsushima etc. Owned Horizon Zero Dawn but didn't play it until I got a PS5. Now finishing that, beat AC Valhalla, Hitman 1/2/3 and working on Elden Ring.

Probably gonna pick up a new hobby like playing a violin/viola but gaming won't completely go away. Might not play for a few weeks but it's nice to boot up the PS5 or Series X when I can.

Telecommuting makes it easier because the time you would have spent driving becomes 30 minutes of game time.

Reading, working out, brain puzzles, video games...all things that can keep you fresh and mentally stimulated. Average age of gamers keeps going up. It's not really a "kids thing" anymore.

I stopped in 2015 before I went to college bc I was burned out from gaming and I wanted to focus on school and getting p*ssy.

In 2021 I got interested in gaming again and managed to cop a PS5 that summer. I still don't play as much I used to and I got a big backlog of games but it's nice to be back.

I don't think I'm gonna try to keep up with every new release like I used to but if i see a sale i'll cop a few games here and there.

I'll always be a gamer but as I get older I play them less and less. I'm down to the point where I really only play a handful of titles a year now. I'm the type of gamer that could play a game 7-8 hours straight multiple days but I'll go several months without turning on my consoles and not even notice. I haven't played my Xbox Series X or PS5 since February of this year and it's April now. I did play my Switch one time since then.

Just occasionally tbh. I don't know if I quit video games, but I started playing substantially less at around 23, right after Breath of the Wild.

I played Elden ring for 60 hours because I'm a "souls fan" but that game barely holds my interest nowadays. The last two weeks I probably played for about 4 hours.

Last truly piff game I played are Sekiro, Hades and probably Jedi Fallen Order.

I mainly like story/adventure games and if a game is really good I'll just watch it on YouTube. If it looks really fun then I might just cop it. But my PS4 been collecting dust ever since that disappointment of The Last Of Us 2. The first game was the reason I even got back into video games so it's kind of not ironic that it would be the reason I stopped too.
