I'm hooking it up to that lg tv y'all was ranking on in my kitchen. I have no clue about refresh rates or anything like that. The lag shouldn't be too bad right?
That LG TV is 1080P right?? As for lag, don't worry about it. I have been unable to notice input lag aside from playing with a TV that has those smooth motion things on. There's really no need to go crazy worrying about refresh rates. Your TV is 60hz and basically as long as you hit 60fps on most of your games when playing you'll be straight. What CPU will you be using??

Apparently this is Titanfall on a 660 vs on an XBox One:

Yeah it's 1080p.

"Definitive" gaming here I come :blessed:

I got a free copy of AC4, I might hook it up side by side with the X1 version and really see if I can tell the difference.

as far as lag, turn off any kind of additional effects or filters on the TV. use 'game mode' if it has that

edit: some TV's have a 'PC mode' which should be even better

You don't even need to do all that. You can simply change the resolution within the game to see for yourself and resolution isn't the only thing either there to change. There's a bevy of options for that game. It looks beautiful in 1080p. Hell you can crank it up to 1440p but you need to set up that in the nvidia control panel but don't worry about that right now.

Would you say a 660 is outdated?

the 660 still occupies price and performance between the 750ti and 760. unlike the 660ti that basically was discontinued when the 760 came out for the same price and slightly better performance
