Primary Wave Entertainment co-CEO David Guillod has resigned from the company following sexual assault allegations.
"Primary Wave Entertainment and David Guillod have agreed to part ways effective immediately, David Guillod has resigned from the company," the company said in a statement.
The decision comes two days after Ted actress Jessica Barth accused the manager-producer of drugging her at a dinner in 2012 and then sexually assaulting her. The actress said she took the incident to the LAPD but was threatened with a lawsuit by Guillod.
