I shower once a day (twice if I'm doing any strenuous activity) but I see where they're coming from with the logic.

Being exposed to all those chemicals in products and hard water minerals for extended periods can't be good for your skin.

You guys talk like single dudes who only own one set of bed sheets. You supposed to change your sheets everytime you make your bed, (daily) and wash all your bed linens weekly. like i said, people with this complaint always expose themselves for not keeping their bed clean, even if you shower before hopping in bed you leaving night sweat, hair, skin oils and dead skin cells on that shyt. wash your sheets
