You supposed to change your sheets everytime you make your bed, (daily) and wash all your bed linens weekly. like i said, people with this complaint always expose themselves for not keeping their bed clean, even if you shower before hopping in bed you leaving night sweat, hair oils and dead skin cells on that shyt. wash your sheets

My clean body and clean clothes are touching those sheets and then I'm idle for 6-8 hours.

I run, jump, walk, drive and work in my day clothes for 12-16 hours.


Them sheets ain't as dirty as them clothes breh.

I absolutely must rinse off after I wake up to call myself starting my day.

Something about running the water over myself gets the energy flowing. So even if I "wasn't dirty" or whatever, I'd still want the therapeutic effect.

Being clean at the start of the day seems like common sense but I guess some people are different. But. Freshly laundered clothes and freshly washed outer body layer. That's the way.

If I just totally veg out all day and never leave the crib, I could possibly skip the shower that day

Bare minimum every day, additional showers depending on if I’ve been outside in the heat, if I’m having sex, or if I work out.
