Todays Young Black People NEED TO STAY OFF THE DRUGS

Back in 2000 it seemed like there were just 3 hoops you had to jump thru to "make it" in life financially...
Now almost 15 years later it seems like there are 5 hoops and they sprayed them in gasoline and lit them on fire.

The deck is stacked against them and the system is really built for them to only have the lowest paying unskilled jobs and live a life somewhere near the poverty line.

They really need to LAY OFF THE DRUGS...
It may be cool to them or their peers may even ease some of the pain
But it's an anchor that will sink them or hold them in last place...

You say this as a joke but I remember about 5 situations where my friends missed out on jobs they were hired for in the early 2000's because of failed drug tests and these were DECENT JOBS, now today young black people are in need of jobs and getting hired for LOW PAYING jobs and missing out on them because of failed drug tests...
