But if you speaking from a perspective of getting jobs, I could see cutting out everything but weed. Almost every state gon be legal soon enough so it won't matter on a drug test, it'll just be like a screening that says you have nicotine in your system. But I thought everyone on the Coli only wanted to work at black owned businesses and shyt, so shouldn't the owners of these black owned businesses just take the first step by not screening for loud?

Alcohol is 100% legal but you have to take an alcohol test as apart of a physical

I had an alcohol breath test TWICE as a part of a physical for a job I had been hired for pending drug and alcohol screening

Ok and I'm asking YOU, what jobs were you prevented from getting because alcohol was in your system at a legal level and of age. I'm curious. I've had plenty of jobs, I know plenty of people who have had plenty of jobs and the only time anyone got fired over alcohol it was because they fukked up something or got a case or something, not just simple consumption of alcohol, are these like specialty jobs you applying for my dude?

I wasn't prevented from getting the job because I passed the test but I can tell you specifically if you got hired to work at Fedex or UPS or any job that is of the following: safety-sensitive transportation employees in aviation, trucking, railroads, mass transit, pipelines, and other transportation industries you'd be given a physical and apart of your physical would be a drug and alcohol screening. If you blew a .04 or greater you would NOT BE HIRED.

Having a blood alcohol level of .04 is not illegal
You can do it whenever you want as long as you aren't driving
But an employer can say deny you a job for being over a .04 during your physical
Just like an employer can deny you a job for having marijuana in your system even in a legal state
